Andy Carson
Founder & CEO
A native of Manhattan, Kansas, Andy Carson finds his passion in building relationships and helping others. With over 17 years’ experience in the housing and real estate industry, he thrives on the innovation and creativity behind new home design.
Andy is a graduate of Kansas State University with degrees in both management and marketing. He began his career with 12 years in the factory-built (pre-fab) housing industry and has spent the last ten years focused on real estate development, construction, and sales.
Audrey Widman
Lead Designer
Audrey handles and coordinates all of the design finishes in The Carson Co homes. She manages to showcase elegance in abundance and demonstrates impeccable design style with all her choices in finishes. Audrey is inspired by a variety of sources for her design aesthetic but she always manages to deliver cohesion into her work. In addition to being an incredible designer, Audrey is also very actively involved in the Manhattan community. We are very thankful to have such a talented and caring person on our team!
Skylar German
Marketing Specialist
Skylar’s family is from Manhattan and she began investing in real estate in the off season while playing professional volleyball in Europe. She gained a social media following by showing her remodeling, short term rental, and long term rental activities of her properties. She is active in the local community and her hobbies include coaching youth volleyball and exploring the hiking trails of Manhattan with her border collie, Briah. Skylar manages the marketing strategy of The Carson Co.
